The registration deadline for this event has passed.

Middle school showcase for Project Lead The Way students to present kinetic art pull toys

In Project Lead The Way’s Automation and Robotics unit, students learn about the engineering design process and mechanical systems. During the course students design, build, wire, program, use motors and sensors, troubleshoot, and experience the responsibility of an engineer. Student teams are challenged to invent and build a pull toy using what they learned about simple machines and gear designs.

At the showcase, students will present their projects to Peabody Essex Museum staff and STEM industry professionals and receive real-world feedback.
