STEM Week 2022

Online Project Submission

How it works

  • Plan who will submit projects. High school students over 13 years old may submit their projects directly online. Middle school teachers – submit up to two projects per class on behalf of your students. Not sure which projects to submit? Consider using a peer feedback process.
  • Review the submission checklist below, in line with project materials
  • Submit projects by Friday, October 28 via this online portal
  • Stay tuned for award announcements in November

Please note: submitted projects will be reviewed and considered for awards and prizes, but industry feedback will NOT be shared with educators or student teams.

Submission checklist

  • Evidence of Industry Contact

Through the project, students connected with at least one industry professional to inform their projects and build critical networking and interpersonal skills. Submit evidence of the industry connection process. Specific artifacts will vary, but suggestions can be found here.

  • Multimedia Component

Upload the multimedia artifact (e.g., inforgraphic, idea talk video) that teams developed. Note: a media file is strongly preferred; if only sharable as a URL or Google document, make sure that sharing permissions are enabled.

  • Oral Pitch Presentation

A key component of the project is the oral pitch presentation. Please upload a brief video of the teams’ pitch. Please ensure that you have secured your school’s required permission forms before sharing images of students.
