Join us by volunteering to support and inspire the next generation of professionals!
- Give students feedback on their Capstone projects.
- Share experiences from your work and career pathway.
- Develop students’ soft skills (e.g. meeting facilitation, professional emails).
High school seniors from across Massachusetts complete year-long capstone projects. These students are working in teams on complex, open-ended projects that address real-world problems. As a mentor, your experience and expertise will help these students make their projects great. You’ll also be able to coach them on professional skills like collaboration, communication, and project management to set them up for success in their future careers. Here’s what you can expect from the experience:
- Receive your student team match
- Meet with students at least once a month, virtually or in person, for 30 – 60 mins
- Connect with student teams via email as needed
